General Contracting
When you hire WJM as your general contractor, you get a single accountable partner — not a revolving door of subs.
As a licensed general contractor in PA, NJ, and DE, WJM coordinates every trade on your project — framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, and finish work. We vet our subcontractors, hold them to our standards, and stand behind their work.
We handle all permitting, scheduling, and inspections so you don't have to navigate the process alone. Our project managers keep you informed at every milestone and flag issues before they become problems.
General contracting services are available for new construction, major renovations, commercial light-build, and owner-supplied design projects. We're comfortable working from your architect's plans or helping you develop them.
